From the extreme left going clockwise there is a Graflex 120 roll film adapter for a 2x3 camera, At the top is an Adapt-a-Roll roll film adapter for a 2x3 camera. And to the right is a Suydam 120 roll film adapter for a 4x5 camera. There are other makes and models too.
