Look for those with Zeiss Tessar lenses. The coated Opton Tessar is can be found on later models of this camera though they are more expensive.

These cameras are capable of limited movements to enhance the quality of the photos produced. Calumet makes a 120/220 roll film adapter that will fit this camera. Of course, 4x5 sheet film is the standard format.

At $76 US dollars it was a bargain. It has a number 4 Ilex Acme shutter on an early telephoto attachment. The number Ilex #4 shutter can sell for several hundred dollars alone. Such bargains don't appear every day but if you keep your eyes open they can be found.
