At the top is an Adapt-a-Roll 620 for a 2x3 press camera. The Adapt-a-Roll slides in just like a 2x3 film holder. This unit will use 120 film if the take up roll is a 620 spool. Like the Graflex, there is a 4x5 model of this holder as well. Calumet makes a modern version of this holder. The last holder is a Suydam 120 Roll Film adapter for a 4x5 camera.
